iPad and Roadrunner Email – a Problem

It’s stuff like this Steve, stuff like this.

Scenario – customer purchases a brand spanking new iPad, sets up his Roadrunner email, and, wait for it… doesn’t work, sort of. Apparently Apple implemented it’s email client slightly differently on the iPad compared to the iPhone (this problem was verified with Roadrunner national tech help). Setting up your RR account using the same settings you use in Outlook or Thunderbird or whatever, only works over 3G and not over your RR connection. Read the rest of this entry »

Replace Local Calendars with Exchange Calendar on iPhone

Scenario:You have an iPhone and have been syncing your calendar via iTunes, and everything has been working fine. You’ve recently added your work Exchange account to your iPhone and now have multiple calendars – calendars on the iPhone, and your Exchange account.

Problem: You keep entering new appointments on the wrong calendar, so the appointments aren’t syncing over-the-air with your Exchange calendar.

Question: How do I delete the local calendars and just have the one Exchange calendar?

iTunes Store Not Loading
